While we cannot monitor encrypted message content, we reserve the right to act on reports of abuse and to terminate accounts based on metadata patterns, user reports, and unencrypted content (such as public profile information and server names).

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports involving the safety of minors are prioritized.
