Acceptable Use.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to store, share, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Stolen data, credentials, or personal information of others

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures
• Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

3. Network Abuse

You may not:

• Launch denial-of-service attacks against the Service or any other system
• Use the Service as a proxy, VPN endpoint, or relay for unauthorized traffic
• Exploit vulnerabilities in the Service without responsible disclosure

4. Encryption and Security

Company provides end-to-end encryption as a privacy feature for legitimate communication. While we cannot monitor encrypted message content, we reserve the right to act on reports of abuse and to terminate accounts based on metadata patterns, user reports, and unencrypted content (such as public profile information and server names).

5. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at admin@earthservers.net

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports involving the safety of minors are prioritized.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

We will use our reasonable judgment to determine what constitutes a violation and what action is appropriate. Where possible, we will warn users before taking action, but we reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
